What Personal Information is Collected

Depending on how you use EastHillsInstruments.com, we may ask you to share personal information with us. Whether you choose to give East Hills Instruments information is completely up to you, but keep in mind that if you withhold information, you may not be able to use some of our services. We will never collect personal information about you without your knowledge and consent.

When Personal Information is Collected

East Hills Instruments will ask you for information, including some personal information, if you use one of several services:

• Becoming a registered user. In order to register, you need to share some personal information, such as your name and email address.
• Making a purchase. When you buy something on EastHillsInstruments.com, you have to supply a billing address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card information. By making a purchase, you become a registered user of EHI. All of this information is submitted securely via 128-bit encryption.
• Contests and Surveys. If you enter a sweepstakes or contest, or answer a survey, you will become a registered user (if you aren't one already). We may also ask you for some demographic information, such as your age, where you shop, products you like, etc. This information is not shared with any outside parties.

Returns, Replacements & Warranties

East Hills Instruments Total Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with any instrument(s) that East Hills Instruments manufactures (Magnum Pro / Winchester Engineering) that you purchased from East Hills Instruments simply return the instrument(s) to us within 30 days for a refund. If preferred, you may exchange it for a different instrument, and we will adjust your balance accordingly. Instruments that are not manufactured by East Hills Instruments must follow the return policy of that individual manufacturer. * We cannot accept any an instrument for return or exchange that was purchased from another distributor / supplier.

2 Year “quibble free” Warranty

East Hills Instruments is the ONLY company in the industry to provide a 2 year “quibble free” warranty on instruments it manufactures (Magnum Pro / Winchester Engineering). The warranty covers the instrument for any and all reasons. If you should drop it on the floor! Or use it incorrectly causing failure we will repair or replace it for free including shipping it back domestically via UPS ground free of charge. Typical turn around time is 24 to 48 hours from the time East Hills Instruments receives it.

*If the instrument needs another method of shipment (overnight / international) then the customer must provide a shipping account number.

PLEASE NOTE: One of the benefits of purchasing an instrument from East Hills Instruments distribution division is that with its 17+ years in the industry and large buying power it can and will actively pursue in getting a refund or credit form the manufacturer that has sold a defective or poorly manufactured instrument.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders received after 3PM EST will ship the following business day. If an instrument is out of stock you will be notified of the date it will become available. All shipments are shipped UPS ground unless specified otherwise.

Please note that the shipping price provided are only an estimate. The actual shipping cost may vary depending on weight (options), geographical location, insurance (value), and fluctuating  fuel charges.

Pricing:

East Hills Instruments is VERY competitive on pricing. If you find an instrument for less please give us an opportunity to match or beat it. There is a lot of bait and switch out there so if the price is significantly lower then what we can offer, buyer beware!
