Orders received after 3PM EST will ship the following business day. If an instrument is out of stock you will be notified of the date it will become available. All shipments are shipped UPS ground unless specified otherwise.

Please note that the shipping price provided are only an estimate. The actual shipping cost may vary depending on weight (options), geographical location, insurance (value), and fluctuating fuel charges.

Returns & Replacements

East Hills Instruments Total Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with any instrument(s) that East Hills Instruments manufactures (Magnum Pro / Winchester Engineering / Applied Resource / Dewey Air Switch) that you purchased from East Hills Instruments simply return the instrument(s) to us within 30 days for a refund. If preferred, you may exchange it for a different instrument, and we will adjust your balance accordingly. Instruments that are not manufactured by East Hills Instruments must follow the return policy of that individual manufacturer. For additional return policy information on instruments that EHI does not manufacture please call 800-921-9494.

RMA and Re-Calibration
East Hills Instruments 2 year “quibble free” warranty means that any instrument(s) that East Hills Instruments manufactures (Magnum Pro / Winchester Engineering / Applied Resource / Dewey Air Switch) will be repaired or replaced for free.

East Hills Instruments can also Re-Calibrate and Re-certify any electronic instrument you need. For additional warranty information on instruments that EHI does not manufacture please call 800-921-9494.
