While some companies say they have great customer service, I have never seen this kind of good service from any other company I buy test equipment from. Resolved our issue on the spot with no questions asked. It's a WOW in today's world. We use their Winchester pressure gauge for certified testing of customer equipment. Our techs love them. We use Crystal, Fluke and analog pressure test that are certified every quarter. The ones that are always out on the job are the East Hills Instruments. Thank you EHI. Job well done.

Believe it or not... I tried to prove that you couldn't accurately measure low pressure and draft readings with a 3kpsi rated gauge and failed. As long as you properly zero and have a stable working area, the Red1 was able to follow and indicate results within tolerance with wildly more expensive bench-top calibrators. There was minor hysteresis observed in a couple of bench tests out of 25, but I confidently use the Red1 along with legendary Magnum pumps in the field for calibration verifications. East Hills, Winchester, and Magnum have changed the game with rugged, versatile measurement equipment and no b.s customer service that has consistently exceeded my expectations.

We purchased a MVP-600 Pump and had some problems getting it work. We called Tech service at EastHill Inst. We got the user and Seth R to talk and they avoid sending the Unit back from the UK. The support from EASTHILL Instrumentation and its Distributor was great! Highly recommended, they answer your calls even if they don't have what you are looking for. They hold up to an old Clothing retailer saying "an educated consumer is our best customer" This holds true for EastHill

I have the Red 1 auto ranging digital gauge and their MVP-600 pump. Both are amazing products! Also, customer service is always great and will help you out in everyway possible, which is hard to find nowadays. Definitely recommend.
